Wisbech Town striker Tom Gosling has been banned from Ridgeons League football for two years and charged by police with using racially aggravated threatening behaviour for an incident in a league game against Felixstowe and Walton last season.

Hunn: Vase defeat can bring out our best
Lowestoft Town youngster Reece Hunn said the Blues' Wembley FA Vase heartache could help spur them on to greater things next season. Winger Hunn came on as a substitute for Town in the 55th minute for the injured Ross King as the Blues tried to protect their one goal lead courtesy of an 11th minute own goal by Kirkham & Wesham centre-back Phil Thompson.

Gallagher praises vase finalists
Joint manager Ady Gallagher praised his Lowestoft players for giving everything they had during Sunday's FA Vase final at Wembley. Courageous blocks and uncompromising defending saw Town come within minutes of a famous Vase win, but in the end Kirkham substitute Matt Walwyn turned the game with two late goals.
