One to watch: Wayne Rooney: Rooney's international career is flourishing, even though he only has 15 career goals for Everton to his name. It's easy to forget he's still only a teenager, some six months younger than City starlet Ian Henderson. The boy clearly has the world at his feet.

Last meeting: Everton 3, Norwich City 1 (January 3, 2004): Norwich City walked out of Goodison Park, and out of the FA Cup, with their heads held high following a 3-1 defeat by their Premiership hosts. Though Everton and their England sensation Wayne Rooney dominated the first half, once Thomas Gravesen failed to reappear after the break so the tables turned and in the end it needed a second, controversial penalty from Duncan Ferguson to seal Norwich's fate.

Chances: After finishing seventh in 2003, last season was a disaster for
Everton as Moyes' side battled against relegation. Much more is expected this term - or star striker Rooney could soon be considering his options.
