There were plenty of positives to
reflect on, after an entertaining
goalless draw at White Hart Lane.
The Canaries gave an excellent account
of themselves, Robert Green in particular,
against a team who were expected to
brush them aside by those outside
Norfolk, and emerged with a well deserved
point from an encounter that could
have gone either way.
Chances: Spurs gave a new meaning
to under-achievement last season which
had started with Glenn Hoddle in charge
and ended with director of football
David Pleat departing as the White
Hart Lane clear-out began. Much will
depend on how new arrivals gel under
Santini, but anything will be an improvement.
