Well lets look at the order of events: 1) Media get wind of a £1million bid for Shackell. 2) Roeder says he hasnt had a bid and that Shackell has a role to play at Norwich 3) Media state that Wolves have had bid rejected and have pulled out of any deal. 4) Wolves increase offer for Berra (centre back) to £1.75 million.   Looks like a dead deal if I have ever seen one.    Report
