He's a 24 year old centre-half who has been with Celtic for 8 years. He was injured in his full international debut for Scotland against Romania in 2004 and has undergone major knee surgery. Returned to the Celtic team last year but suffered another injury to the same knee in a champions league match.

Has now returned to fitness and Celtic want to send him out on loan to regain match sharpness.

Could be a good signing for Norwich (even on loan)!

Er... he's already signed for Motherwell on loan till the end of the season... about a week ago! Tongue Tied [:S]

If i remember rightly Celtic came out the next day to deny that any deal had been agreed.

McGhee seems desperate to sign him and I rate McGhee as a manager so I reckon he would be an excellent signing

It is correct that Celtic called a stop to the rumors he had signed, but... I'm certain he is on trial with them and doing pre-season in Austria but HASN'T signed... chances are we've missed out I reckon.
