Yep, can't wait! My girlfriend walked out on me two days ago, so I gave her ticket to one of my mates and I'm going to spend four days getting absolutely wrecked and having the time of my life. You been before? I was at 2006 and 2007, it's absolutely awesome. The first year was the best, the weather was perfect, there was loads and loads of space for a kickabout (not so nowadays since they expanded the capacity, unfortunately!), and it was probably the best weekend of my life. Bring it on!

Yeah cannot wait either!

Make sure you go to watch the Kabeedies, 5:30 lake stage Saturday (My girlfriends band)

There will be a few of us there with an aim to playing late night football.

If not, second best game is Tent hurdles

If you're playing tent hurdles, make sure you only hurdle tents in your own group/circle. It's a much more relaxed attitude than any other festival I've been to, loads of families and kids and stuff, and you wouldn't want an accident on your conscience for the rest of the weekend... and anyway, you'd need mountaineering gear to hurdle my tent! ;)

Re: Latitude

The Kabeedies went down very well at both Latitude and Glasto.

Re: Latitude
Saw a bit of the Kabeedies and thought they were pretty good.

It's the third time I've been and to be honest I'm not sure I'll go again. There's just too many people now for the facilities and it costs a flippin' fortune. Trying to get into the Comedy tent at all,the literary or poetry tent for anyone well-known, or the Uncut tent for Blondie was impossible.
