Stop Making Sense came at an important point for me too, I was quite down and bought my Dad the DVD for Father's Day as a kind of thank you for getting me into the band in the first place, and gave it a watch myself beforehand...... he never received it..... Whilst very drunk last year, at about 5am, I cornered a mate of mine for about an hour when he obviously wasn't that interested and spent the time lecturing him on why Talking Heads were such an influence on the recent wave of New, erm, Wave bands, such as LCD... this included a complete run-through of Remain in Light and selected tracks from the DVD...
