On the other hand, Delia has actually invested a large percentage of her own wealth into the club, whereas Cullum has done nothing more than cause a lot of unrest and get a lot of free publicity. No doubt DS/MWJ could have done far better, but don't suggest they had the idea of making money in mind, because I'm sure they're not that mad.

If your perception is to doubt one but not the other, then I suggest there's probably more to your opinion than what is best for the club. A personal distate for the majority shareholders perhaps?

A personal distatse for them failing Norwich City fans and the City of Norwich for far too many years than they should of been allowed to get away with perhaps???

How have they failed the City of Norwich?

I am born and bred Norwich and although I consider that they have made mistakes that have lead to recent failure at Norwich City FC I fail to see how this has failed the City that I live in. NCFC is part of the City of Norwich and not visa versa.

Then you clearly have no pride.......

If you're happy that a cornerstone of our heritage has been usurped and used by Smith you are certainly no loyalist to your City or County.

I'd say you are a quisling.....or at the very best a toadier........

Chicken is obviously female....

mister chops: 'So the presence of Delia and MWJ no longer bothers you? Okayyy...'

First Wizard : 'Yes, you know damn well it does, but I'm not beating myself up about it any longer.'

Mister Chops: Oh go on, just a few more punches.'

Oh dear, it appears that Southampton are going to find a buyer after all.

Who are the next club that our pro board luvvies are going to find to say "thank god we are not in their shoes???" Embarrassed [:$]

Also interesting is the £12.5 million price tag, quite a difference from Delia's £56 million wouldn't you say???

well, no.

Its not much cheaper than the £16m for all shares stated by Delia.

I am utterly convinced BlyBlyBabes is actually a computer trying (and failing) to pass the turing test.

7rew, you'll find Smudger doesn't let himself get tied down by tedious stuff like facts! As to this company (called Gillico) he is convinced is going to buy Southampton, it is based at Cleckheaton in Yorkshire, which is not in itself a bad sign, but it certainly seems, er, little-known, and was founded on April's Fool's Day this year...

If I was Smudger I wouldn't bet too much money on Gillico ending up owning Southampton.

LOL!

My fav quote from the article was..... "Very little is known about Gillico, who appear to have only been formed the day Saints' parent company went into administration."

Another Shell company? Strange timing!

I am sure some group will save them but who knows what their long term motives will be if nowbody can even find out who is behind them?

I believe one of the other two interested parties are in the driving seat to buy them.

Who said you thought they were going to buy them? You did, by mentioning that specific company's supposed offer of £12.5m.

And I love your "I believe one of the other two..." comment, as if you have the faintest idea. Just for the benefit of our studio audience, which one of the other two companies is it you think is in the driving seat? And why?

Her first task is donate money to Education.

Secondly she will continue to rake in billions from the club...................

I still believe that Pinnacle ar ein the driving seat.

I will leave you to chew over what you consider my reasons may be for that.

Re: Southampton on the brink!
That Pinnacle group are very keen for the 10 point deduction to be dropped, surely, they are getting a cheap club, so 10 points they should make up pretty quickly.
I don't know how much longer I can continue the delusional long term optimism.
