I am told its becuase they thought Norwich fans would not see the funny side of Aviva basicly ripping the pee. I for one think they have it wrong & we Norwich fans would have taken it on the chin & rather relished in the hightend exposure. I mean we can laugh off the "Delia Rant" and you can't get anymore humiliating than that can you?????

I thought it was to do with Plymouth (and newcastle) having the longest treck for a match, to fit in with their advert..

His name is Dietmar van Nostrilboy and he's already signed for Plymouth I'm afraid.

just trawling back and saw this old blarney! Jas, wrong info again fella. Mr Whitehouse supports Spurs (and has a soft spot for Everton), so you're well off!

That is exactly what it's about. It was going to be Newcastle, until they recruited Paul Whitehouse who is a Plymouth fan.
