Possibly he was deliberately challenging himself to stay awake.

Spot on, I can accept that players will have bad games but the lack of passion and urgency was a disgrace.
i am hopeing it's just a one off...
I hope watching norwich isn't going to be like watching england the opposition just shutting up shop making it a very boring game.
The next 2 games mk dons and charlton will come at us which will suit us.. look at the better teams last year ie wolves we ripped them to shreads. getting a result against either dons or charlton hopefully will raise confidence in the squad.Playing at carrow road is still prob hard for any of the players in the colchester game and they must be worried not to let it happen again.
Loseing to MK dons and Charlton will result in no confidence and yet another very long season!
Last game I can remember being as boring as that was Fulham at home, in our Prem season.
Andy Cole scored a goal, apart from that both teams might have well have had a picnic on the pitch and forgotten about the ball otherwise
Must have been Ian Crook ?
Ex-pats pick up some strange habits ' down-under '...........
I can remember a 0-0 draw with sheff utd in about 1995/96 i think it was....
i dont think either side had a single chance on goal, its even omitted from that seasons highlights video....
they literally passed it around their own halves for the 90 minutes. I can remember Darren Eadie getting into the sheff utd half and we got excited until he lost the ball...
it made Saturdays game look like the most exciting match in the world!
