King’s Lynn Town will get the chance to upset another of the non league big boys after earning a home last 16 FA Trophy tie against either Stockport or Southport at The Walks on January 12.

The Linnets stunned AFC Telford 3-1 at the weekend and Gary Setchell’s men will attempt to reprise their cup heroics early in the New Year following Monday morning’s draw at FA headquarters.

Setchell’s promotion-chasing Evo-Stik Division One South outfit have swept aside higher-level sides Barwell, Carshalton Athletic, Eastbourne Borough and Worksop Town before a stunning weekend win over Telford, who played three levels higher than the Norfolk club.

Former Football League club Stockport needed an 88th minute equaliser to rescue a replay at home to Southport on Saturday - a club the former Linnets faced in their solitary season at Conference North level - which will take place on Tuesday night.

• Full FA Trophy third round draw
