Despite a three point gap from the relegation places and a far superior goal difference, Albion were still keen to end the season on a high against third-placed Jarrolds.
Wensum entertained Homecare United in the second round of the Division Two Cup. Following the defeat in the Shoetrades Cup the week before, the home side were keen to progress in the final opportunity of the season to win silverware.
After a bye in the previous round Albion were drawn against fellow Division Two side Dyers Arms with both teams looking to make progress. Albion were by far the better team in the first half, passing the ball well and creating a number of chances.
Albion travelled to Jarrolds for the first meeting of the two sides this season. Always an entertaining affair it was Albion who pushed on from the start with Leeper linking up the early play.
A real six pointer at the bottom of Division Two as Albion hosted fellow strugglers Loddon to Thorpe High School.
