Leon Barnett initially joined Norwich City on loan from Premier League club West Brom on August 26, 2010 before signing a three-and-a-half year deal in January 2011.

A former Luton player of the year and trainee, Barnett scored three goals in 70 appearances for the Hatters before joining West Brom in July 2007 for £2.5m, scoring three goals in 56 appearances for the Baggies.
Barnett made his City debut in the Canaries 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest on August 28 and went on to make a further 25 appearances before a hamstring injury, picked up in City's 2-1 win over Reading in February, ruled him out for the rest of the season.
The centre-back made 18 appearances for the Canaries in 2011/12 and scored one goal in the 2-1 victory over Sunderland at Carrow Road.
