An England youth international, the highly-rated Norwich-born Academy product signed a two-and-a-half-year deal.
Steer first featured on the bench in Norwich City’s second round FA Cup defeat to Carlisle United in November 2009 and often found himself named in the squad if injury or suspension ruled out the Canaries’ first or second choice goalkeepers.
