Plenty of sub-plots ahead of Chris Hughton’s first competitive return to Carrow Road, but the big question is can Norwich City halt Brighton’s bid to clinch the Championship title?

The Seagulls’ celebrated promotion to the Premier League on Easter Monday with a tense home win over Wigan and rivals Huddersfield’s failure to beat Derby County confirming Brighton’s elevation.

City’s squad will recall the painful 5-0 hammering on the south-coast earlier this season, and the damning post-match verdict of Brighton boy Russell Martin after City raised the white flag far too easily.

Martin is 40/1 to mark his prospective 300th Norwich appearance with a goal. Do not rule it out either after a stunning long range effort against the Seagulls in 2014 on the occasion of his 200th City outing.

Glenn Murray heads the betting for the visitors at 5/1. Murray notched a hat-trick in the corresponding fixture.
