Perhaps we need a proper definition of legend. Similarly one for qualification to the Hall of Fame. I still can`t believe Dean Ashton warrants a place in the HoF. Nothing personal, just seems a bit flimsy. Is Neil Doncaster in there?

I`m almost beginning to feel sorry for 1p5wich fans. EADT footy headlines are all about players that Jewell has failed to sign or have turned Ips. down pre-emptively, or how Moses Jewell has "led them back" to the Promised Land of......The Suffolk Premier Cup. No wonder some of them prefer to troll our boards. BTW, before I`m accused of trolling theirs, I do see the EADT as my sons live in Suffolk!

There was banter on the Green 'Un board that they were most concerned about Woodbridge and Leiston.

HOT OFF THE PRESS!! 1p5wich are back in the Premier! Suffolk Premier Cup, that is. Potentially another gripping encounter with fellow giants, Needham Market. Good old Jewell, I just knew he would deliver.

`Legend` seems to have become one of those misused and overused words like `star`, `celebrity`, `hero`, `talisman` and `icon`. Of course, all those words would be quite apt for Ged. ;-)

Looking at some of the city team, I think legends is being used very loosely!!

Breaking News: Paul Jewell will be watching the game hoping to make some new signings. A confident Jewell said " Of course these players aren't as old as the ones we usually buy, but here at East Anglia's biggest club we believe in giving youngsters a chance".......PS: He's listed in the subs Swiss. He uses the pseudonym of Billy Nomates to avoid taking attention away from the other players...

This can't be right. I cannot see Ged, friend of the players and legend in the legend line-up.
