Defender Elliott Omozusi has emerged as a doubtful starter for Norwich City's home match against Preston North End tomorrow.

The 19-year-old full-back, who was substituted during last Saturday's 2-0 Championship defeat at Burnley, is battling to shake off a hamstring problem.

Fit-again Jon Otsemobor could be recalled after coming off the bench at Turf Moor for his first appearance in five games.

Said manager Glenn Roeder: “We have just got one doubt and that is Elliott Omozusi. He will go out and train this morning and we'll see how he is.

“When he came off on Saturday, his hamstring had tightened up and he's been having treatment.

“We don't have to take a massive risk with him because Jon is fit again. Jon has trained all week.”

Striker Antoine Sibierski is expected to return in attack after missing the Burnley defeat. He has been back in training since Tuesday, and the rest of the senior squad are fit for selection.
