Norwich City have confirmed the appointment of Chris Hughton as their new manager.
The Canaries agreed compensation with Hughton’s former club Birmingham City and have signed the 53-year-old on a three-year deal.
Hughton confirmed that he will be bringing his own backroom team of Colin Calderwood, Paul Trollope and Ewan Chester with him from Birmingham.

McN has acted calmly, quickly and decisively. I think Dave Watson might have another agenda now, with the England set-up, possibly? Ewan Chester has been here before, not long ago. I suppose it`s time to say thankyou and goodnight to Cully & Karsa now? And good luck. Next it`ll be the comings and goings of players. So important to have a manager in place quickly for that, and such an excellent choice, too. McN must take plaudits for this result. OTBC.

Well done the Norwich board, possibly the best choice available, the King is dead. long live the King, PL has been and gone, now all our attention and support should be focused on Chris Houghton, he comes with a good reputation and I think we are lucky to have him, that said it's all about results, I think the supporters will take to him we appreciate an honesty and integerty and I can see top finish in the next season

A very competent interview, a great answer to the "Where will you finish this season" and the Grant Holt questions. His philosphy is a passing game, adaptable tactics, scoring goals and winning. That works for me. OTBC. Already looks like a good team with the CEO.

I trust the reports of a 2m get out clause from the Brummies are way off the mark. If not we should expect nothing less from the villans for Lambert
