High-flying Bridgham's colours lowered

In Division One, second placed Bridgham United went down to their third defeat of the season, losing 2-0 at Hingham Athletic who remain fourth.

In Division One, second placed Bridgham United went down to their third defeat of the season, losing 2-0 at Hingham Athletic who remain fourth.

Dickleburgh in third spot won 4-1 at Narborough to close the gap on Bridgham to three points with a game in hand. Gressenhall are up to fifth after beating Shipdham 2-1. At the other end of the table, Rockland United secured three valuable points with a 5-0 home win over Cranworth while bottom team Yaxham were beaten 3-2 by Cockers.

The Division Two leaders Tacolneston were held to a 1-1 draw at Necton Reserves and Morley Village took full advantage with a 4-0 win at Shropham Unitedd to close the gap at the top to four points. Thetford Rovers Reserves beat Nostro 2-1 while West End and Bunwell shared the spoils from a 3-3 draw. At the foot of the table, bottom team Saham Toney Reerves won 2-1 at Wymondham Town A to move out of bottom spot.

The Division Three leaders were beaten 3-0 at home by Hethersett Athletic and have had their lead cut to eight points following a 3-2 win for second placed Castle Acre Swifts at Sporle. Northwold SSC in third spot lost by the same score at home to Great Cressingham. Shipdham Reserves and Bawdeswell produced an entertaining end to end match with the 2-2 score line, a fair result on the day. Bottom team Hindolveston recorded only their second win of the season with a 3-1 success at Wendling.

In Division Four, the leaders Splitz United beat Shropham United Reerves 6-0, while second placed Thurton & Ashby went one better in a 7-0 home win over Narborough Reserves. Rampant Horse beat bottom team Beetley United 6-1 and Stoke Ferry ran out 5-2 home winners over Breckland Wanderers.

The first group matches in the Fen Regis Invitation Shield were played. In Group B, Dereham Town A beat Gressenhall Reserves 6-1; Methwold Rovers hammered Scarning Unitedd 9-2 at home in Group C and in Group D Swaffham Town A and Hingham Athletic Reserves took a point each from a 1-1 draw.
