Most of the first division teams were involved in the first round of the Sound & Vision Junior League Cup.

Most of the first division teams were involved in the first round of the Sound & Vision Junior League Cup. The holders for the past two years, Toftwood United, progressed to the second round with a 4-0 win at Dereham Town A. Gressenhall beat Mulbarton Wanderers 4-1 and Redgrave Rangers were home winners by the same scoreline against East Harling Reserves Dereham Posties beat Saham Toney by the odd goal of five, North Elmham won 6-4 after extra-time at Rockland United and Stoke Ferry beat Yaxham 6-3 at home.

There was one match in division one and Hingham Athletic picked up their first points of the season from a 3-1 home win over Swaffham Town A.

The division two leaders Dickleburgh lost their 100 per cent record in being held to a 2-2 draw by Necton Reserves Tacolneston are up to second place after winning 4-2 at Morley Village Reserves Attleborough Town A secured their first points of the season with an emphatic 4-0 home win over Saham Toney Reserves and so did Wymondham Town A who won 3-1 at Yaxham Reserves The other match between Mattishall A and Bridgham United ended in a 3-3 draw.

In division three, the two leaders both preserved their 100 per cent records. Cockers won by the odd goal of five at Wendling while Swanton Morley beat Hingham Athletic Reserves 2-1. Gressenhall Reserves are in third spot after winning 5-0 at Shipdham Reserves but Brandon Town A lost their unbeaten record with a 3-1 home defeat by Foulsham Reserves Bawdeswell picked up their first win with a 4-2 home victory over Rockland United Reserves and Watton United A did likewise with a 6-2 success at West End.

The division four leaders Sporle made it 4 wins out of 4 with an only-goal home win over Garboldisham. Hindolveston won 3-0 at Beetley and Shropham United beat Splitz United 5-3 at home. Amazingly, the other three matches ended up as 8-0 wins. Dereham Posties Reserves beat bottom club Stoke Ferry Reserves by that score at home as did Thurton and Ashby at home to Colkirk. Bradenham Wanderers Reserves also netted eight without reply on their visit to near neighbours Great Cressingham.

In a Chequered Flag Primary League Cup first round tie, Thetford Athletic beat Shipdham by the only goal of the game. In the first round of the Mervyn Lambert Plant Hire Pease League Cup, Toftwood United Reserves knocked out Bunwell 2-1 while Thetford Rovers Reserves were 5-0 home winners over Bunwell Reserves.
