Ingram treble as Acle hit rivals for six

Cromer Town were the big losers at the weekend, going down to a stunning 6-0 home defeat at the hands of Acle United. Gary Ingram helped himself to a hat-trick, with Chris Holmes, James Foreman and James Lacey adding the trimmings as Acle moved into fourth spot, three points behind leaders Hempnall with a game in hand.

A Tom Halliwell goal was enough to earn Hempnall the points against Hindringham, although a weakened Wroxham Reserves side slipped off the top when they suffered a surprise 3-2 defeat at home to Sprowston Athletic.
The Yachtsmen were missing a number of senior players called up for first team duty in the FA Cup at Kirkley and trailed 2-1 at the break. David Potter and Neal Simmonds scored for the visitors, sandwiching a strike by Ben Morgan. Shane Wiley made it 3-1 before Colin Wines pulled one back near the end.
Norwich Union are third after Sean Brown and Ian Smith scored in a 2-0 win at Beccles, while Dersingham were 2-1 winners at North Walsham.
Mattishall were held 1-1 at home by Blofield, Graeme Wooden scoring for the hosts, Neil Maguire for the visitors, while Halvergate picked up their first win of the season, beating Brandon 2-1. Lee Knell and David Lawrence were on target for Halvergate, with Kevin Sobiechowski scoring Brandon's goal.
Kristian Gleave and Tom Parker helped earn Sheringham all three points after a 2-1 win at Lowestoft Town Reserves, whose goal came from Daniel Mitchell.
In Division One, Dereham Town Reserves stay top after a 3-1 win at Gayton United. Nathan Ferguson, Nat Bash and Mark Culyer were on target for the leaders, Simon Bush replying for the King's Lynn side.
Kirkley's second string emulated their seniors with a win, beating St Andrews 3-1 away. Luke Catchpole, Paul Bullen and Ben Goddard scored for the east coast side, Leon Huckle on target for the hosts.
Scoring honours of the day went to Hadlee Wright, who helped himself to five as Loddon thrashed Fakenham Town Reserves 7-0 - Chris Hancock and Matthew Sadler adding the extras. Troubled Fakenham have now shipped 40 goals in five games - and have yet to win a point.
Stalham (David Bailey) slip to fourth after a 1-1 draw at Attleborough, whose scorer was Oliver Ramsbottom. Watton United couldn't profit, drawing 2-2 at Holt. Chris Sharpe and Kevin Bloomfield were on target for Watton, Philip Durham and Toby Blowers scoring for Holt.
Sole Bay were 6-0 winners at Sprowston Wanderers, while Long Stratton won 2-1 at Wymondham and Scole beat Wells Town 2-1.
