Linnets' chairman Ken Bobbins confirmed Featherby is to resign due to business commitments - the second director to leave the club this week after Simon Pomfret's departure.

Bobbins reiterated none of the remaining four-member board plans to step down with the club now actively seeking fresh directors to join the Unibond Premier outfit.

A fans' forum is planned at The Walks on Wednesday, July 15 which will be attended by members of the club's board and - subject to final confirmation - first team management duo Carl Heggs and Andy Johnson.
