King's Lynn drop legal action

King's Lynn director Michael Chinn has ended his High Court bid to contest the club's Blue Square North relegation.

Chinn last week pledged to fund a legal challenge to the FA in the Court of Appeal following the club's failed appeal to overturn their demotion on ground grading issues.

Chinn last week pledged to fund a legal challenge to the FA in the Court of Appeal following the club's failed appeal to overturn their demotion on ground grading issues.

Club officials confirmed today the Boston-based businessman has now decided against court action.
