King's Lynn will play in the Unibond Premier Division for the 2009/10 season.

The FA's Leagues' committee finally released details of this coming season's non league pyramid at lunchtime for steps one to four.

Lynn have been placed in the Northern League set-up after losing their FA appeal over ground grading issues on Thursday in Derby to remain in Blue Square North.

The managerless Linnets will renew rivalries with old foes Boston United along with Hucknall and Burscough who were relegated from Blue Square North.

Hyde have been reprieved following Lynn's demotion - subject to raising funds to meet an outstanding tax bill.
