A First Division derby is the pick of the night’s games in the Eastern Counties League.

Well-supported second-tier side King’s Lynn Town Reserves host Downham Town in a crunch clash at The Walks.

The Linnets’ second-string go into the match having drawn 1-1 at nearby Wisbech St Mary on Friday while Downham arrive in high spirits having triumphed 3-2 at Holland on Saturday. The visitors will be desperate to get one over their rivals having picked up just one point from the two encounters last season.

In the top-flight, Gorleston have the chance to make it three wins from four league outings when they host Walsham-le-Willows.

Thetford Town will look to bounce back from their only defeat so far, at Gorleston, when they travel to a Newmarket Town side who have won two from two.
