SWAFFHAM U15 were playing Watlington in the Sub Cup quarter-final and won 6-2. After 15 minutes, a pass from Ryan Emmerson to the left was deflected towards goal, but the Watlington keeper reacted quickly and saved on the line. Minutes later, a goalmouth scramble saw Lewis Goacher force home Swaffham's first goal. Watlington then equalised when Daniel Grimes's free-kick found the top left corner of the net. Grimes then scored a second with a free-kick from the left wing, making the half-time score 2-1. An early second-half equaliser for Swaffham from Josh Colman took the game into extra time. Substitutions gave Swaffham fresh impetus and Colman scored their third. Jordan Humm made it 4-2, before Colman completed his hat-trick and Goacher scored his second, all in the first 10 minutes of extra time.

WATTON U10 entertained Cringleford in the League Cup quarter-final, and after trailing 3-2 from the first leg, fully expected a difficult encounter. An hour of brilliance later, however, and any doubts of their semi-final place were soon dispelled as Watton gave their performance of the season to record a sensational victory. Watton led at half- time 12-1. The second half saw Watton continue to control the game and more goals followed as the shots peppered the opposition goal. With only goalkeeper Asher Duncan - who again was outstanding - not on the scoresheet, the game finished with an incredible scoreline of Watton 18, Cringleford 2. With some excellent finishing, the goal scorers were James Beaumont 6, Kade Bond 3, Oliver Kerrison 3, Matty Hendrie 2, Joshua Walker, Cameron Hudson, Ben Walker and Liam Owen, but this was about the team, and a wonderful team display.
