Norwich City goalkeeper Jed Steer has been called up for the England Under-17s squad for their forthcoming international tournament. The first game for England of the tournament, on August 27, is against Portugal at Rushden and Diamonds Nene Park stadium.

The first game for England of the tournament, on August 27, is against Portugal at Rushden and Diamonds Nene Park stadium. Other matches for England will see them meet Isreal and Italy.
Jed is currently with the Academy youngsters as they travel to Holland to compete in the RJC Cup tournament. The 15-year-old Academy regular said he was delighted at his call-up. “It is a dream come true, I really couldn't be happier about it. It's an absolutely brilliant feeling and an opportunity to show my skills in front of national coaches, and I am completely over the moon.”
