Tom Doughty scored from the penalty spot on the stroke of half time to give the Pedlars the lead again.
Godmanchester again drew even in the 52nd minute, and stretched Swaffham's defence on several occasions to net in the 75th and 88th minutes.
This Saturday, the Pedlars travel south to Halstead Town, kick off 3pm.
Before the game, Jeff Turner, area sales manager for Ridgeons Timber and Builders Merchants presented Pedlars captain Andrew Hunter with a match ball.
The team are very grateful for the support of Ridgeons, particularly Mr Turner for taking a special interest at Shoemakers Lane.
