Hethersett Ladies' chances of taking the Eastern Region Premier Division title were dealt a serious blow as they went down 4-0 in a top-of-the-table clash with leaders Peterborough. The side now have to re-group and get back to form for some tough promotion matches ahead, knowing that they cannot afford too many more slip-ups.

Hethersett Athletic Ladies Hearts played some good football in the first half against Runton United but found it difficult to break down a six-player defence and it was goalless at half-time. Hethersett kept playing their natural attacking game and eventually scored twice through Hannah Waters. It was a fine team performance and Charlie Swann was outstanding in goal.
