A product of the club's Academy, midfielder Tom Adeyemi has progressed though the ranks at Colney having initially joined City as an eight-year-old. He signed a professional contract in November 2008, shortly after his 17th birthday and was an unused substitute in City's 1-1 Coca-Cola Championship draw away to Birmingham City in March this year.
Much like Declan Rudd and Korey Smith, Tom played a big part in the 2008-09 FA Youth Cup success as City progressed to the quarter-final stage before bowing out to holders Manchester City. Tom played in all four rounds of the competition and scored the vital equaliser away to Everton in extra-time before City progressed on spot-kicks.
