According to a national newspaper on Tuesday, the League One side's new manager Simon Grayson is hoping to make the 26-year-old one of his first signings at Eland Road.
Grayson left Norwich's Championship rivals Blackpool at Christmas to drop a division and, having managed Hoolahan at Bloomfield Road, the Leeds boss is reportedly hoping to persuade the City star to make a similar move.
