Rewind to November 30, 1983 and relive memories of Norwich City's Milk Cup victory at Portman Road.
It was a textbook goal which sent more than 8,000 City fans into raptures in the 54th minute.
Peter Mendham charged from midfield to set up Mark Barham on the left, who sent in a superb deep cross that was headed back across goal by Donowa for Mike Channon to nod home from close range.
Ipswich manager Bobby Ferguson was so disappointed with the result, he called in his entire team from their usual day off after their Milk Cup defeat against the Canaries.
"That was our worst display of the season. Norwich deserve to win because they work harder than us," he said after the game.
City fans celebrated into the early hours a victory which confirmed their side's growing supremacy over their old rivals and rightful claim to the title: The Pride of Anglia.
