This cultured midfielder was signed by Paul Lambert for Colchester United in the summer of 2009 from Blackpool.
Fox made his debut for the Essex club in their 7-1 opening day defeat of the Canaries, scoring Colchester's fourth goal with a superb 25-yard free-kick.
He made 20 appearances and scored three goals for the U's.
The midfielder started his career at Old Trafford where he was a trainee and captained Manchester United's reserve side.
A successful first season for the Canaries saw the creative midfielder make 32 appearances at the heart of City's midfield, scoring one goal as he rifled home City's opener in their 1-1 draw with Millwall at the New Den in November 2010. Fox capped off his season with a cross for Simeon Jackson's match-winning goal against Portsmouth in May, a win that secured the Canaries return to the Barclays Premier League.
Fox played 32 games for City in 2011/12 and an option was activated in his contract keeping him at Carrow Road for another season.
