Keith Stroud will make his first appearance at Carrow Road for Sunday's East Anglian derby clash.

The 36-year-old Hampshire official has never taken charge of a match involving the Canaries, although he has officiated at two Ipswich matches this season.

He was the man in the middle for Town's 2-1 loss at WQPR back in August when he booked Kevin Horlock and matt Richards and for the 1-1 home draw with Wolves in December, when Horlock, again, and Gavin Williams went into his note book.

Stroud is not averse to handing out yellow cards - on Boxing Day he had 10 name sin his book after the match between Leicester and Sheffield United.

He began refereeing in 1988 and progressed to the national list of assistant referees in 2000 and the select group in 2002. He was promoted to the national list of referees in 2004 and also was appointed a FIFA assistant in the same year.

Sunday's official was the referee at the Nationwide Conference play-off final between Aldershot and Shrewsbury in 2004 and was an assistant referee at the 2002 Division 3 Play-Off final.
