In Rudd's absence, former Norwich Academy goalkeeper Arran Lee-Barrett has joined City on trial.

The 25-year-old spent August 2001 to March 2003 with the Canaries as a scholar and after being released went on to have spells with Cardiff City, Weymouth and Coventry City, before joining Hartlepool United from 2007-09. He was released from his contract in May this year.
