City made it three successive wins and six victories from their last eight outings, as they turned over Millwall at The Den last weekend.

That result helped City maintain their two-point lead at the Championship summit, while extended their gap to third place to four points.

Norwich’s Friday night kick-off means they have a chance to add to those gaps before their key promotion rivals play on Saturday.

Swansea’s inconsistent return to the second tier following Premier League relegation has been summed up by their previous six games, where three defeats have each been followed by a victory.

They won their previous game 2-0 at home to crisis club Bolton, who were reduced to nine men before in-form Oli McBurnie broke the deadlock with 10 minutes remaining; he had missed a first-half penalty.

Swansea are currently 14th in the division – and lower in the form table.

Norwich won at the Liberty Stadium back in November, earning an eye-catching 4-1 victory.

City are back at Carrow Road on Wednesday night with Hull the visitors (7.45pm), before Daniel Farke’s squad head to Paul Warne’s relegation-battling Rotherham United on the Saturday.

It is then the one remaining international break of the campaign, before City sign off for March with a trip to fellow promotion hopefuls Middlesbrough.

Each and every Norwich City first-team game, our reporters will be on the scene. If you see them – especially with their cameras – say hello.
