Carrow Road will have two new scoreboards in place for the start of the new season.

The boards will be in the same locations as the previous ones - at the Barclay End and the Norwich & Peterborough Stand - and should be up and running by the time West Ham come to town for a friendly on July 31.

“The existing boards have been in place since 1992 and although they have served us proud, the cost of repairing and maintaining them has been growing every year,” said City's brand marketing manager Will Hoy.

“The new boards will be full colour with scope for still and moving images and should add to the atmosphere at Carrow Road as well as offering exciting new opportunities for supporters' messages.
