There was relegation heartbreak for Norwich City striker Tristan Abrahams, despite scoring for loan club Yeovil Town.

The 20-year-old put the Glovers 1-0 up from the penalty spot in the 18th minute at Northampton on Saturday and the visitors were 2-0 up within six minutes.

However, Northampton hit back with two goals early in the second half and the 2-2 draw saw Yeovil slip out of the Football League after 16 seasons out of non-league, thanks to Macclesfield winning 1-0 at Port Vale.

It was a third goal in 15 games for Abrahams since joining on loan in January, having scored twice in 23 matches while on loan at another League Two club, Exeter, during the first half of the season.

The youngster is out of contract at City this summer, although there is an option for a further year in his contract, and also suffered relegation from the fourth tier with Leyton Orient in 2017.

Ben Marshall came off after 66 minutes of Millwall's 0- home draw with Stoke, which secured survival for the Lions, as Rotherham lost 2-1 at West Brom to drop into League One.

Left-back James Husband played all of a 0-0 home draw against Bristol Rovers for Fleetwood Town, with both destined to finish in mid-table in the third tier.

Anthony Spyrou returned to action for Wrexham as the Dragons rested players ahead of the National League play-offs, playing 83 minutes of a 2-1 home win over Harrogate as fourth place was secured

Elsewhere in the top tier of non-league, Timi Odusina made his first start in a month for AFC Fylde, playing all of a 2-0 home defeat to Halifax as the Coasters finished fifth ahead of a play-off campaign.

Over in the USA, started his eighth consecutive game as Tampa Bay Rowdies continued their unbeaten start to the season in the second tier United Soccer League Championship, coming off in the 89th minute of a 1-1 home draw with Charlotte Independence.

In the Dutch second tier, Simon Power came on in the 87th minute as Dordrecht were beaten 1-0 at Top OSS.

Not in action were: Nelson Oliveira (Reading), Yanic Wildschut (Bolton), Matt Jarvis (Walsall), Steven Naismith (Hearts), Mason Bloomfield (AFC Fylde), Marcel Franke (Darmstadt)
