Former Werdern Bremen midfielder Tom Trybull is reportedly on trial with the Canaries.
German football website, TM News, report Trybull has been training with Daniel Farke’s squad for the past few days as he looks to seal a move to England.
The 24-year-old Trybull is believed to be a free agent after one season in the Dutch Eredivisie at ADO Den Haag. Trybull has represented Germany at various age group levels and played in the Bundesliga for Werder Bremen as well as spells at FC St Pauli and Greuther Fürth, where the Canaries signed Marcel Franke earlier this summer.
Both Farke and sporting director Stuart Webber have made it clear they are in the market for midfield reinforcements following the departures of Graham Dorrans, Jonny Howson and Jacob Murphy, while Louis Thompson is set to miss most of the season following a major setback in his recovery from an Achilles injury.
TM News claim a medical may already have been arranged for Trybull but no deal has yet been agreed between both parties.
