The Canaries have issued an apology to fans after sending out membership cards printed in the wrong names. Supporters have been told to dispose of the incorrect cards while new ones are sent in the post.

How many of the thousands on City's membership and super-membership roll are affected has not been revealed, but the club said only “a small batch” had been sent out with incorrect names.
A club spokesman said: “A comparatively small batch of cards were printed incorrectly because of a system error. The error was rectified as soon as it was found.
“Supporters should receive the correct cards in the next couple of days and if they do not, they should contact the box office.”
Fans contacting the Evening News and Pink 'Un message board included club member David Jervis, from Lowestoft, a supporter for more than 50 years.
He said he was angry after being sent a letter and membership card in the name of Stephen Butcher.
He said: “The name was wrong on the card and letter, but my address was right on the letter.
“In the light of all the Peter Cullum business, the lack of transfers, and the board's persistent failings, I was livid. It's just another symptom of what's wrong with City. My first game was in October 1957, and of course you didn't need a membership card back then.”
Other fans complained that they had been sent membership cards by mistake - but not their own season tickets.
Pastor Greg Frost said: “I have been sent today Mr Glenn Allen's super-membership card. I and two other members of my family have a season ticket at my address. Who has received them, I wonder?”
Season ticket-holder David Gowing said: “I have received two incorrectly named membership tickets for entirely different names and no season ticket.”
Evening News sports writer David Cuffley also discovered he had a new identity on the arrival of his membership cards in the post yesterday.
“My wife and I have shareholder memberships and cards have been sent to our address in the names of Mrs Angela Palmer and Mr Stephen Nobbs,” he said. “The letter that accompanied the cards said the charge would be £10 to reprint a card if we lost one.”
A recorded message on City's box office phone line told callers: “We are aware that a batch of member and super member cards and letters have been incorrectly printed.
“Replacement cards for those affected are currently being printed and dispatched. If you have received an incorrectly printed card, please discard it. You do not need to return it back to the club or to let us know that yours is incorr-ectly printed.”
