Our Norwich City correspondent Paddy Davitt has posted his marks following the Canaries’ 4-0 thumping defeat at Millwall

Norwich City fans have been voting since the final whistle at the Den and here is Paddy’s verdict on Daniel Farke’s troops.

• Angus Gunn

Must wonder what he has let himself in for. Opted to stay on his line for the fourth from a deep corner. Be interesting to know his thoughts on the merits of zonal marking. 5.0

• Ivo Pinto

Still on the comeback trail after an injury-hit start to the season. Denied Steve Morison shortly after the break but no match for Shaun Hutchinson aerially on the fourth goal. 4.5

• Russell Martin

The relationship between the captain and a growing number of Norwich fans appears to have broken down. Sad to see. Part of a failing backline. 4.5

• Marcel Franke

Beaten in the air by Morison for the opening goal. Half-hearted attempt to close down Jed Wallace for the third goal 4.0

• James Husband

Defensive questions persist. Millwall raided routinely down his flank in the first half. 4.5

• Harrison Reed

Poor attempt to clear his lines in the build up the second Millwall goal. Needs help in a key part of the pitch. 5.0

• Wes Hoolahan

Denied by Jordan Archer at 0-0. Attempted tackle inadvertently triggered Millwall’s third. Couple of late darts. 6.0

• Mario Vrancic

Bar the odd set piece delivery, peripheral figure. 5.0

• James Maddison

Came in for some rough treatment. With City over-run in midfield this was a game that effectively passed him by. 5.0

• Josh Murphy

Best chance of a first half breakthrough, with a couple of slaloming runs to the byline but finishes lacked conviction. 6.0

• Nelson Oliveira

Blinding turn and hit just outside the box but Archer was equal to the strike. Bent a curler wide after the break. Little or no service for the most part. 6.5

City substitutes

• Marco Stiepermann 5.0

Added some ballast but the game was long since gone.

Belated physical presence in the centre of the park. Will now feel his time has come for a first league start this season following the international break.
