Brighton boss says he will ring the changes after admitting he was "fed up" seeing his team lose.

"It keeps happening and like our supporters I am getting fed up with it," he said after his team squandered a precious lead in the final 10 minutes of the game.

"It's not the first time at home that we have played well, had the chances to kill the game off, but we haven't won the match.

"The performance was there again, the attitude of the team was there again, but it is not enough.

"We have to find the solution soon because the games are running out and we are getting nearer to the end of the season.

"We have to get it in our minds how to finish sides off. We are not winning these games at home because we are not clinical enough.

"I need to make some difficult decisions and make some changes. It could be personnel, it could be playing a different way, it could be the way we prepare for the games - but I will change it."

Poyet, pictured, added: "Games last 90 or, in today's case, 95 minutes.

"We had two great chances for Glenn (Murray), both were cleared off the line, but at 1-0 I thought we looked in control.

"It was after it went 1-1, I felt the sucker punch was coming, and I felt that because I know the players were thinking the same.

"If the opposition put the ball in from 40 yards, that is the easiest ball to defend against.

"We were not good enough at defending, I won't point to one player, but as a team we didn't make a good decision and that happens.

"We need that extra quality when making decisions during the game. In the last 10 minutes we didn't make too many good decisions.

"It's difficult for me to explain the home form, because I used to love playing at home and for me that is the easiest part of the game: when you are winning against a top-of-the-table team and with the crowd behind you."
