Norwich City striker Tristan Abrahams' loan spell at Exeter City has not been cut short contrary to earlier reports.
Norwich City striker Tristan Abrahams’ loan spell at Exeter City has not been cut short contrary to earlier reports.
The Exeter boss Matt Taylor was quoted that Abrahams was set to return to Carrow Road from his season-long loan but, as far as City are concerned, the striker will remain at St James’ Park for the rest of the season.
Abrahams made a superb start to life in Devon with a brilliant goal on his debut, but that was one of only two goals the striker managed in 22 outings, eight of which from the start.
When referring to Abrahams and fellow loanee Chiedozie Ogbene, Taylor told Devon Live: “Chio will go back to Brentford now because Brentford want to have a look at him for a couple of weeks, so that one might be out of our hands, but I was pleased with his contribution,” Taylor said.
“It’s the same situation with Tristan Abrahams at Norwich, so there will be ins and outs in the next few weeks.”
