Archant

Our reporter Michael Bailey was busy filming his pre-match preview with the travelling Norwich City supporters at Rotherham United - before a steward intervened.

The video was being streamed on the Pink Un’s Facebook page through Facebook Live – but that didn’t stop the steward seizing the moment to check our reporter’s credentials to film outside the stadium.

Fortunately, Michael produced the goods to avoid further recrimination and the steward could continue on his merry way.

Michael has also set himself a new year’s resolution to always wear his media pass in a clearly visible place at all future games, to ensure peace at Championship grounds across the country is kept.

The Canaries went on to lose 2-1 to the division’s bottom club, with Nelson Oliveira sent off after just 18 minutes and City academy product Tom Adeyemi heading home the winner against his former club – sealing a miserable day for the club.
