Norwich City will have to wait to learn their Championship play-off fate after being held to a 2-2 draw at home to Swansea.
A win would have all but guaranteed their spot in the top six, now they require rivals Ipswich Town to do them a favour later on Saturday evening by beating Hull to secure their spot.
Jamie Paterson gave Swansea the lead inside the opening 24 minutes after getting in behind Jack Stacey before rifling the ball into the net at Angus Gunn's near post.
That lead lasted for just ten minutes, however, when Gabriel Sara unleashed a stunning strike from range to restore parity. His cross then picked out Josh Sargent, who nodded his 16th goal of the season past Carl Rushworth into the net.
Swansea were awarded a penalty after 53 minutes when Paterson's shot fell kindly for Ronald, who got to the ball before Gunn to win the spot kick. Matt Grimes converted with aplomb to draw the contest level.
