A Norwich City XI will travel to neighbours King’s Lynn for a pre-season friendly at The Walks on Saturday, July 25 (KO 3pm).

City confirmed another date to their pre-season schedule ahead of the Championship kick-off, which begins with a behind-closed-doors tune up against the Linnets at the club’s Colney training base on July 4.

The return summer fixture is likely to feature City’s development squad and any fringe first teamers not involved in a friendly yet to be announced on the same weekend.

Full ticket details to be released in due course for the trip to The Walks.

Philippe Clement’s squad will face Wimbledon at Plough Lane on Wednesday, July 22, and City announced ticket and coach price travel details on Friday for that midweek friendly trip to south-west London.

But the Canaries are looking to play another opponent in the London area the following weekend as part of a short training break.

City are also working on an opponent for the July 18 weekend to complete their summer preparations for the new season, which begins with a League Cup round on the weekend of August 8.

The Canaries had previously confirmed three behind-closed-doors matches at Colney against Lynn, Colchester United and Cambridge United. Clement's side will also host La Liga outfit Osasuna at Carrow Road on Saturday, August 1.

The 2026/27 Championship fixtures will be released on June 25 at midday.
