A first away goal for 387 minutes proved only enough for a draw for King's Lynn at relegation threatened Wealdstone on Thursday night.
It is now five without a win on the road for the Linnets, who had to survive a second-half barrage from the struggling Stones to take a point back to the Walks.
Lynn started nervously and could have trailed inside two minutes. Mark Warren allowed a through ball under his foot but Dean Papali volleyed wide.
Dean Clark also went close for the hosts while Jamie Gould might have conceded a penalty for handball before Lynn took the lead against the run of play on 27 minutes.
Matt Nolan was tripped in the box by Graham Hall, and although the Linnets' leading scorer saw his initial penalty saved by Mitch Swain, he followed up to score.
However, after the break Wealdstone dominated and Linnets' 35-year-old debutant 'keeper Scott Howie saved brilliantly from Theo Robinson. However, it was no surprise when Stones equalised on 64 minutes. Lee Chappell's long throw was flicked on and Papali turned well to blast home.
