Jarrolds were on the end of a 5-0 drubbing by the impressive Costessey Crown and Wensum beat Drayton.
Jamie Platten could not repeat his five-goal performance from last week as a weakened Salhouse were well beaten at Mousehold.
In Division Two, the battle of the students went to UEA A team as they defeated last year's Division Three winners Norwich medics.
Beehive and Dyers could only draw whilst Jubilee and Lingwood both recorded another win. Horsford A and Costessey sports both had 6-1 wins.
In Division Three there were good wins for Costessey Crown Reserves, Yelverton Reserves and Drayton Reserves. Hellesdon, Hockering and Ketts Toucans recorded their first wins in the league.
