Christoph Zimmermann took part in Norwich City training at a chilly Colney on Thursday ahead of the return to Premier League action at Everton.
Zimmermann has not featured since damaging his foot in a 2-0 defeat at West Ham on his top flight debut in August.
The central defender is targeting a return for the festive swing but was involved in the first part of City's training session at Colney under the watchful eye of Daniel Farke.
Teemu Pukki was also among those who took to the training pitches after his goalscoring exploits for Finland during a successful conclusion to Euro2020 qualifying.
Kenny McLean sat out both of Scotland's qualifiers but did take part in training for his club.
