Ex-Norwich City trainee Korey Smith has taken the stay at home challenge to new heights with a feat that has gone viral.
While football is suspended due to the global spread of the coronavirus pandemic, professionals past and present have taken to social media platforms to try and perfect their keepy uppy techniques using a single toilet roll.
Some have then nominated others to try and out do their efforts. But Smith, who was part of the Paul Lambert era at Carrow Road that earned back-to-back promotions from League One, used his instagram account to volley a tea bag into a cup before adding sugar and milk to the brew.
That impressive effort has now been viewed more than 100,000 times as of Monday lunchtime.
